What we collect

Nothing, unless you give it to us. Reading the ledger requires no account and sets no tracking cookies. The sizes you choose on the ledger are stored only in your own browser, on your own device, and never sent to us.

If you subscribe to the ledger by email, your address is held by our newsletter provider and used for exactly one thing: sending you the ledger. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe. We do not sell, rent, or share the list.

Outbound links

Listings link to third-party marketplaces. Once you leave this site, their privacy policies apply, not ours. Some outbound links may be affiliate links; if so, the marketplace may record that you arrived from here so that it can pay us a commission. That never changes what we list or the price you pay.

Analytics

If we measure traffic, we use aggregate, cookie-free analytics that cannot identify you. We do not use advertising trackers.

Contact and removal

To unsubscribe, use the link in any email. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, write to the address in the footer of any ledger email.

Terms

What LARP is

LARP is an independent editorial publication. We read resale marketplaces, apply our own rules, and publish what we would buy. Purchases you make through links on this site are between you and the seller, on the seller's platform, under that platform's terms. Where we source a piece for a client under a separate arrangement, the terms of that arrangement are agreed in writing between us and the client.

What we are not

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Loro Piana, Brunello Cucinelli, Zegna, Kiton, Brioni, Ralph Lauren, or any other brand mentioned. Brand names are used only to describe the goods being discussed. All trademarks belong to their owners.

We are not an authentication service. Where we mention authentication, we are describing the linked platform's own program. Our checks reduce risk; they do not eliminate it.

Prices and availability

Prices, conditions, and availability are recorded at press time and change without notice. "True retail" figures are our best verification of current US boutique pricing and may lag a repricing. Discount percentages are calculations, not promises.

Affiliate disclosure

Some links are affiliate links. If you buy through one, LARP may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate status never influences whether a listing is published, ranked, or described favorably. A listing has to clear the same five gates either way.

No warranty

The ledger is provided as editorial opinion, without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for your own purchasing decisions, including verifying condition, fit, and authenticity with the seller before you pay.

We will update this page when the way we operate changes, and the effective date above will move with it.
